These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Idol Face Test service ("Service"), an AI-based facial analysis service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the AI-based facial analysis service provided by Idol Face Test.
• "User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
• "Content" means all information, text, images, and analysis results provided within the Service.

3. Acceptance and Changes to Terms

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise made available to users.
2. We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Service.
3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

4. Service Provision

1. The Service provides:
   • AI-based facial analysis
   • K-pop idol look-alike matching
   • Result sharing features
2. The Service is available 24/7, but may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance.

5. User Obligations

Users must not:

• Collect, store, or disclose others' personal information without permission
• Intentionally interfere with Service operations
• Infringe on others' rights, including copyright
• Upload obscene or illegal content
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Violate applicable laws or regulations

6. Privacy Protection

1. The Service does not collect personal information.
2. Uploaded photos are immediately deleted after analysis and are not stored on servers.
3. All analysis is processed directly in your browser.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All Content provided by the Service is owned by the Service provider.
2. Users retain ownership of photos they upload.
3. The Service uses uploaded photos temporarily and only for providing the Service.

8. Service Restrictions

1. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
2. We may suspend the Service for:
   • System maintenance
   • Force majeure events
   • Other circumstances preventing Service provision

9. Disclaimer

1. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analysis results.
2. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.
3. We do not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties.
4. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Dispute Resolution

1. Disputes between the Service and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
2. If consultation fails, disputes shall be resolved according to applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
